I am a trained and experienced Relax Kids Coach, Child Councillor, Mindfulness Coach and Drawing & Talking Practitioner.
All of this training enables me to work 1:1 or in small groups with children who could do with guidance managing and navigating big emotions, overcoming trauma, disturbed sleeping patterns, divorce and family stress, ADHD, Autism & everyday stress.
Validating children's feelings and providing them with strategies to overcome and manage them when they pop up allows for them to live a calmer, happier life.
The sessions are tailor made to help and support any emotions or feelings that children are finding hard.
The Drawing & Talking therapeutic approach allows individuals to discover and communicate emotions through a non-directed technique.
The technique enables the client to build internal resilience to emotional distress, trauma, bereavement, anxiety, depression & stress in a safer and more contained way.
This therapy is a number 1 alternative to CBT or direct talking therapies & interventions as it is less confrontational and limits the processing of pain and trauma.
This therapy is ideal for all ages including adults.
Drawing skills are not required for this intervention. We use 12 sheets of paper, 1 pencil and meet weekly for 12 weeks for 30 minutes a week, to find out how this could change your life please get in touch.
The course fee is £360 for all 12 sessions.
Using Relax Kids, Mindfulness, CBT and a therapeutic approach I create 1:1 Sessions. These sessions are ideal for children aged from 6 years to 15 years. The sessions are tailor made so each child gets a unique programme to teach children how to manage and control those overwhelming big feelings, emotions and help with behaviour. The sessions provide a safe space for the child to explore their feelings and get the support that they need.
These session are tailor made to support your child in any areas that they are finding challenging. We can focus on sleep, anxiety, anger, stress, confidence & resilience to provide strategies to help them navigate through the stress and pressure of everyday life. These skills will be so useful and children will continue to benefit through the teenage years into adulthood.
6 Sessions is recommended however this can be more or less depending on the individual child. The cost is £40 per session.

Using a range of tools and methods, I provide sessions that are tailor made to enable your teenager to manage the feelings they have around school, home, family relationships, friends, peer pressure, anxiety & depression which all lead to a feeling of worthlessness and low mood.
I provide tools and strategies so that they can navigate through these difficult times, ensuring that they feel comfortable in their own abilities and strengths so that they can increase confidence around a range of situations.
As a mother of 2 teenagers I know how hard it can be, communication is the key but sadly most teenagers don't want to share their feelings and worries with their parents. These sessions provide a safe space to off load their fears and concerns which allows them to move forward feeling lighter with increased resilience which will help them to be happier, healthier versions of themselves.
